We are looking for self-motivated and responsible graduates with a good honours degree to join our graduate development programme. Work experience is an advantage, although not essential. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
We are also looking for graduates that are quick thinking, customer focused, flexible and practical with the ability to problem-solve. As the company continuously transforms itself, we are also seeking people who are resilient and change-orientated.

What you will need
Some roles may require specific degree disciplines; whatever your degree we're confident we have a career to suit you.
To join the programme you must be eligible to work and reside in the UK permanently. We regret that we cannot accept an application if you do not meet this criterion.
For many roles you will be required to hold a full driving licence at the time of your application.
This applies to roles in Regulation & Investment, Water, Environmental and Kelda Water Services. In IT is not essential, however some opportunities could be limited if you cannot drive.
